Once cabinets are properly installed element 7 concrete designs will arrive onsite to fabricate templates that will be used for building forms. Cabinets must be checked for level prior to templating, element 7 concrete designs will check cabinets for level once onsite. If cabinets are not level, cabinet installer must reset and level cabinets. element 7 concrete designs is not responsible for leveling and will charge for a second trip to pay for time and fuel.

element 7 concrete designs requires all sinks, faucets, cooktops, telescopic downdrafts and objects to be inlaid (if provided by homeowner) to be available at time of templating. If a Farm House sink is being used, it must be placed prior to templating by a decision maker, element 7 concrete designs will not be responsible for deciding sink arrangement.

Following templating process element 7 concrete designs will begin manufacturing. Delivery and installation period depends on size and complexity of project. Typically, from manufacturing to installation is 21 - 28 days. Upon installation element 7 concrete designs will return all faucets, cooktops, downdrafts. element 7 concrete designs will install all undermount sinks. Faucets and topmount sinks are to be installed by a plumber. Installation of the countertops is done prior to the backsplash installation. element 7 concrete designs will apply a final polish prior to client occupying home or business.
